So today in my Environmental Geology final, some guy spat on me. Not intentionally, but I guess he felt so exasperated during the final, he took a big sigh, and a big glob of spit flew through the air and landed on my sweater. At first, I was a bit frightened, I thought someone threw someone at me, I flinched, did some sort of ducking motion, but realized it was a gross glob of split from some stranger. I wanted to turn around and strangle the guy for spitting on me, but decided against it since it would be inappropriate and he is probably doesn't need any more stress other than the final.
Two down, two more to go.
Side note, people should really update their LJs more often.

This is completely overdue, but last week I dogsat a welsh corgi named Newton. Although he was untrained, peed on my carpet and was not very obedient, I think I still managed to have a good time with him. He went back to his owners on Sunday after they came back from their vacation, and I needless to say I was a little sad that he had to leave. Newton was such an active dog and needed so much attention. Having him around gave me a good preview of what it would be like to have a dog around the house 24/7, and now I don't think I would want a dog anymore. It was just way too much responsibility and I just felt so bad for him everytime I had to leave him in the garage or in his cage because I couldn't give him the attention he needed. Anyways, he was very cute and i really enjoyed having him around.

Haven't updated my LJ for awhile. Summer is great. Well, Sam standard great. It's so much happier without physics. But I am currently taking Chemistry and Art History at IVC, which is not too much fun. I am at school from 8:30-2:40 M-Th for chemistry and lab and then 3-6 i go to work and i also work the whole day on friday. It's not that bad, i swear! haha. My chemistry professor is a very interesting, no... insteresting is the wrong word to describe him, overly passionate is a better word to discribe the man. He thinks a 6 week session is way too short to squeeze a semster of chem 1b in, but because of his passion for teaching, and i quote, he is willing to "volunteer" himself, and help us through this hardship. He also has this thick accent which is very amusing to listen to, but not too great for notetaking. I think my favorite word that he says is "hypoTITITcal", he really emphasize the tit. =X Work is great. I am working at a environmental consulting company, and i have my own business card. woo hoo! ask one from me, it's got my name on written on it, really pretty. =D And my boss is very laid back and even wanted to invite louis and i to have dinner with him and his wife, but we'll put that off 'til we get to know each other a little better. =)

Week One. So far so good. I had a great spring break relaxing at home. I was sad that I didnt get to hang out with a couple of friends that I had intended to see. The good news is, I will no longer have to depend on my foot mobile after my birthday because I will be getting a car. yay for that. Shopping tomorrow at the fashion island. I love my roommates. =)

There is something about running late at night around UCI that makes up for the entire day of stress. Love it.

boooo. I feel like I have no life besides school. Well actually let me reword that, I have no life besides school. Damn you school, damn you homework, damn you midterms/finals, for taking over all of my time. I know I know, I shouldn't be complaining because all you over-involved people have it so much more worse than I do, but I just want a break from all this! Winter break, please come quickly. I need to have some fun. How does that go again? It's been so long, I forget.

Some people are just plain rude... and weird. Last night, after dinner Louis and I came back to my apartment and found our neighbor's CRV parked in our parking spot. After many attempts of trying to find her place and failed miserably (we scared quite a few innocent people in the process), we gave up and decided to call security. After two hours of waiting for them to respond, security finally called me back and told me that I would need a copy of our lease. Funny thing for the security to ask, because it turns out Dartmouth never gave us an offical copy of our lease. After awhile, we finally admitted our defeat and waited 'til morning so we can go to the leasing office to get a copy of our lease. This morning, when two of my roomates went downstairs, they saw our psycho neighbor's CRV parked IN THE MIDDLE two parking space (her spot and ours). After finally getting a copy of our lease and chasing down a security car, they finally got someone to tell her to move her car. Instead of giving her a ticket for parking in our spot for a whole day, the security guard just gave her a warning. Great, we've only moved in for one month, and there's already some crazy girl who wants to take over our parking spot. Who knows what she's going to take over next?

I'm in love with my internship at the Career Center. With week one coming to an end, I'm already thinking this is probably one of the best expereiences I will have here at UCI.

Today is my last day of work. Unfortunately it did not end like I anticipated, due to the unorganized scheduling, my day ended at 12:30 without me knowing it. Now thinking back, I have this bitter sweet feeling because I never got to say good bye to my kids. Granted, they did make some of my days a living hell, in the end, they still turned out to be a managable bunch, and I am going to miss them. I keep telling myself teaching is not something I want to do, but letting go of these kids is harder than I thought. On a brighter note, my summer vacation offically starts today. I have one month to relax before school starts. I'm moving into Dartmouth Court on the 11th of September. As far as I know, we have none of the necessities that an apartment needs. Does anyone have anything that they want to get rid of? (i.e., kitchen table, computer table, mattress?) Apartment shopping sucks balls, everything is so freaking expensive. On a brighter brighter note, I will finally be back at Irvine in two weeks. I missed everyone.

I have been looking forward to the weekend all week long and now that it is here, I don't know what to do with it. Work is a pain in the ass, it teaches me how to never raise my kids up to be. Don't get me wrong, most of the kids I teach are fine children, there are just a few that makes me want to kill myself at the end of the day. Just a few hours ago I tried to remember what I used to do on free days, but some how I couldn't even remember when was the last time I had a free weekend without work. I'm sure I'm just adjusting back to living at home, but this sure has been a long week.

I feel paranoid today. Summer's coming. I'm really REALLY not looking forward to it. I dont want first year of college to end. I've been spoiled with all this happiness, it's so unfair to just expect me to pack up and leave all the memories. Summer is going to be hectic. I hate busy schedules in hot weather. It makes me have hot flashes. Due to my paranoid-ness, I have decided to add on to my hectic schedule of working full time with a art history class at ELAC. that is if my boss with allow me to get off work half an hour early everyday. Everytime i think of elac, i think of the time i fainted there in front of the admin. office. That place smells like one giant bathroom. Seriously. I would take a class at PCC but they only have one session and it starts on finals week. So poo to them.
It's late, and i have to take my brother Michael to Chucky Cheese's tomorrow.
